PRODUCT

  • Anti-static PVC plastisol-based textiles for ESD protection

REQUIREMENTS

  • Permanent surface resistivity <108 Ω/sq

TUBALL SOLUTION

  • 0.5-1.5 wt.% of TUBALL MATRIX 202 were introduced as an anti-static additive
  • 814 beta can be used as well

KEY BENEFITS

  • Permanent and stable level of resistivity without “hot spots”
  • No negative influence on mechanical properties
  • Resistivity is independent of humidity
